So I should preface this by warning people I am a huge goofy dork and I love it that way. So if you don't like laughing or having fun you should probably just not bother reading any further. I'll do just about anything if it strikes me as funny or it might make someone smile. I'm really shy at first but I open up pretty quick. I'm a 25 yr. old slave to the Hotel industry. I love my job don't get me wrong but its merely a means to an end for now. My true passion lies in food and beverage. Specifically beverage. I plan on having my own high end concept bar one day. For now I'm learning as much real world knowledge as I can about running a food and beverage operation from catering to front of the house to the culinary side. I'm beginning to put together a folder of all my ideas for my bar so that I can have a decent idea of what it will look like. Visualizing it helps me to stay focused and driven towards my goal. Outside of work I am a fun loving, laid back, wise-cracking, goofy, dork. I'll do almost anything to make someone smile including allowing a friend to paint a goatee on my face in ketchup with a french fry. Its a long story but trust me it was priceless. I'm a huge movie buff. Some of my favorites include Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Across the Universe, Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist, and The Usual Suspects. I'm totally into indie music right now specifically the Decemberists. Check 'em out they rule. I'll listen to just about anything though but I'm not a huge fan of country. Is that so wrong? lol Who would have thought I could grow up in Texas and not be a fan of country. I'm originally from Boston and the east coast will always be my home. Go Red Sox! I like to take a girl out to dinner and get to know her. Have some drinks because I can be kinda shy at first and a drink or two helps loosen me up so I can get comfortable and talk more. Then I like to do something fun like going to play mini golf, or bowling, or shoot pool. A movie is usually a good idea too but I find you don't get to talk as much when you go to a movie and a first date should be about getting to know someone.
