Ok, so I figured I would give this place a try. Why not? What's the worst that can happen?

A little bit about myself first. I like to have fun. Plain and simple. Sometimes that's roller blading to the airport just to watch the airplanes, to rock climbing twice a week, reading a book, or even just watching a movie. Hey, even some days I enjoy shopping.

I love to travel and explore new cultures. I've not been a lucky as some of my friends with their travels, but I've enjoyed what I've done and hope to do more. I'm a huge history geek, and that was going to be my first degree until I realized that it's fun, but the pay is crap. Now I work with my second choice and have a job that I love.

As for what I'm looking for... someone that I can hold an intelligent conversation with. Someone I can go to a musical with. Someone that shares some of my interests, but has some of their own and will do them without me.

*update* I'm an ex smoker. I haven't blocked people that smoke from messaging me, but if you're looking for more then friendship and have more then the occasional smoke, then I'm not for you. Being friends is ok. Thanks though.


Oh yeah, and that is my niece in that photo. That picture is about a year and a half old. At that age, she never blinked, and it freaked me right out. It's just not natural to outstare cats. :P

Depends on the person and what we had talked about...probably go somewhere interesting, but where we can talk. Museum, art gallery, something like that.
