Because Edward doesn't feel he could be objective enough to write his own profile here, he has imposed on me to do this task for him. I am Chip, the squirrel that lives in the tree in Edward's back yard. I think I know him well enough to accommodate his request.

First off, Edward is very smart. If he wasn't he would not have asked me for assistance. And I can assure you of this: that Edward feeds me nuts does not sway my opinion here in the least!

As you can see from his picture, Edward is handsome. Just look at that furry face!( Oh no! Less fur! He's just removed his beard! What has come over him?)

I can also tell you that Edward likes to read. On his bedside table at the moment is "Echo Park", "Stumbling on Happiness" and "The Wisdom of Insecurity".He does read a lot. Maybe too much. I think he needs to get out more.(hint hint)

He also seems to exercise quite a bit. Lucky for me, he also eats very healthy and so, always has some extra nuts around the house.

Edward is very nice . Did I already mention he gives me nuts to eat. Sometimes they are even already shelled.

Edward has a teenage daughter who lives with him. I can tell she is the chestnut of Edward's existence. Even though, strangely enough, he hardly ever gives her nuts.
She seems to be a very smart, well-behaved kid. Maybe her taste in food will mature as she gets older.

Sometimes Edward leaves the house. My friends who keep tabs on him say that he goes out to eat and to see movies; and that he seems to laugh a lot. And that he likes the beach, although for the life of me, I can't imagine how anyone would enjoy cooking in the sun! Maybe if I had no fur and could tan, I would feel differently.

So that's Edward, in a nutshell, so to speak.

I could not close with a clear conscience if I didn't bring up one niggling item. I hesitate to mention this, but there is a rumor that Edward is not too fond of rats. I know at this point, you must be incredulous at this statement. I too, find it hard to believe. But, even if it is true; I urge you to remember - nobody's perfect!
