Thanks for taking the time to read my profile! I am a 41 year old mother of one amazing 9 year old girl. I split 50-50 custody with her father which gives me plenty of free time to get out and socialize. I have a great career and own my own home. I am looking for my best friend and hoping that the chemistry sets the relationship on fire so to speak. Communication is essential for any relationship to be successful.

A few facts- I can bait my own hook, and then take the fish off...I have changed the garbage disposal and the timer in my washing machine, caught small snakes with my bare hands (not something I wanted to do but I had to for my tomboy of a daughter) and can really kick most people's butts in trivial pursuit.

I also feel compelled to tell you that I do enjoy walks on the beach, sunsets, puppies, kittens, flowers and notes just randomly left for no reason....seems no profile is complete without this vital info. (DISCLAIMER...LOTS OF SARCASM IN PREVIOUS PARAGRAPH)

What makes me someone you would want to get to know? I am a very loyal friend, dedicated mother, my father says I was a perfect child (Ha!) I am forever optimistic and will continue to search for the "one" and settle for nothing less.

I love to go to concerts, festivals, street fairs, museums, shows, movies, sporting events. I am a huge people watcher. Things that I like to find in other people...sense of humor, above average IQ, kindness, honesty. I tend to be attracted to the "All American man" Blonde, Brown hair...sucker for blue or green eyes. Lets just be honest...physical attraction is something that catches our attention and we all have our types, it's nothing personal...it's pre-programmed.

Please know that I wish there was a nice way to tell someone you are not interested, but I think that some people just mass email a bunch of women hoping to get a reply...so don't be offended if not all the women reply to you , some of them are just so obviously a copy and paste email.

If you are just seperated I am not your match...I have been divorced three and a half years and need to meet someone that is a bit further along in the journey. Last thing...if you are born again or currently a twelve stepper, please pass me by.

One more thing I have noticed...it seems that a lot of men that obviously wouldn't be a good match still write anyway...what is the deal there? If you clearly like Redneck lifestyle that is awesome...just not with ME involved!!
