The rules have changed. No longer can a man step beside a lady in the super market and start a conversation. No tipping the hat, wink or standing on the corner,, watching all the girls go by. All fore mentioned are now considered to be perversions. He could be arrested at the point of a finger. So, out of desperation, we are here, about 4+ men, 1 woman. So now you know why you get so much mail , and again, and again and many from the same guy again, and again.

I have done much. The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know. I have traveled and experienced much, but three lifetimes will not be enough on earth alone.
I love old aircraft, read much trying to find how we are here, study how history changes, and what is/was real and not. Also, people and nature, so much to learn, so much fun. A fireplace/campfire, hot tub, star gazing, or ocean waves, I find therapeutic. I am open minded (some fallen out), and even though afflicted with chronic C-R-S, I can recall the warmth of emotional love, and seek an encore.
Yes, life is too short, and after today it will be less. Should we wait for tomorrow to begin sharing our life's experiences? The day after? Wait until the weekend? What are we doing here anyway? Waiting for our gods and goddesses to appear at our bedsides and rescue us from our loneliness.? Or are we just looking for a chat partner for a day?

There is only one way to meet someone. Nose to nose, in person, not once, but several times under differing conditions and different times, many times. One awkward encounter over a cup of coffee just wont do it.

All the third hand description typed here of how I claim my friends perceive how friendly, out going, intelligent, witty, interesting, creative, traveled, clean, handy, warm, generous, adventurous, lovable, sexy, romantic, have high moral value yet still be fun and other words too numerous to mention,,,,, are just words. I may be all these things to my friends and my dog, but what am I to you? Until there be contact and actual meetings/dates, it remains words. (Did I hear drop dead hansom??? anyone?)

I am crying foul at your deleting on of my photos of me in the airplane. If you don't care for airplanes, I understand as you have at your hand the power an authority (self proclaimed) to wave them away. My face was clearly in that photo and had it been closer, one would not be able to discern if it was an airplane or a trolley. As I feel the photo and it's nature, that being the back ground or fore ground reflects a persons profile, hinting visually their personality as much as the writings in the profile.
I am requesting that you return my photo to my profile.

This is a letter I have sent to admin in frustration to having a couple of photos deleted. My thought is that as stated above, the photos are part of the bait here on pile-o-fish and for a man to make contact is by the numbers, at least four times, not in his favor, of course depending where you geographically "fish". Take away the airplane and the dog leaves someone as old and ugly as I in the hole, so to speak. I know for fact that I have been contacted from the photos of my interests rather than from the photos of me.
"Report profile if main image doesn't show users face." is what we see when we wish to view someones picture and profile. If this be true, then those with no image should be deleted. No? No, of course not. There are a lot of interesting people here, and wish to show it visually. To suppress that is just exercising control freak power. To be baned from the forums for expressing a view offering constructive criticism is strong arm tactics.
Creator,,, I again beg that my personality and those of others that make them interesting be returned to our profiles as these photos speak the proverbial 1000 words. I know you have the power in your god like and all powerful demeanor over this website, to do as you wish and make and enforce your rules to your deciples. Also I ask why, when profanity is objected to by the rules is the cute little smiley icon allowed to display in bold print a "sh*t happens" sign? But then I see much double standards in religion, politics, and other rule making factions.
