I'm an addictions counselor who takes his job very seriously, but I don't take myself seriously...Laughter is great medicine, especially in the absured world we live in... Currently I'm also attending grad school getting a masters degree in Counseling Psychology... on my off time I enjoy reading, listening to music (classical, R&B, Jazz, Swing...Clapton, Santana, and BB King are always on my sterio)...love to get into my jeep wrangler and just go where the mood takes me...I've sailed all over the Caribbean and am a PADI dive instructor...I enjoy live theatre or music ... I'm thinking this would be a good year to take dance lessons, sounds like fun and good exersize! I take good care of myself, daily jogging and exersize routine along with good mental and spiritual exploration.

I just returned from 12 years in the Caribbean where I worked, the last three years, at the CROSSROADS REHAB CENTRE (founded by Eric Clapton)...I try to live by four simple ideas found in Don Miguel Ruiz's book "The Four Agreements"...BE IMPECCABLE WITH YOUR WORD...DON'T TAKE ANYTHING PERSONALLY...DON'T MAKE ASSUMPTIONS...ALWAYS DO YOUR BEST...If you enjoy life and laughter lets get together...!

Get together for coffee or tea or maybe lunch...If that works then the next time we can...If it's cool outside, dinner ...if it's a warm day jump in the jeep or on my motorcycle and find a good place for a picnic, preferrably some where near the ocean....
