| | Ok, lets get it up front. Yes, my marital status states married. I am and have been for some time. Not entirely confident why I am here but because I am, it obviously indicates that there is something slightly a'miss. William Gilbert's discoveries in the 1600's about magnetism accurately describe how many marriages start out. Specifically, opposites attract. However after years, some marriages faulter because partners come to realize that marriage needs more than simple opposite attraction; they need something more in line with Archimedes principle of water finding its own level. ('my' extension of Archimedes bouyancy principle.)
If you are crazy enough to still be with me on this, I am sure that you are asking, what the heck is this guy talking about ?? I am here on POF looking to find someone at my own 'water level'. After all, we are made up of 85% water. I am looking for someone who might enjoy similar interests and with a particular bent for adventure.
I am a reasonably good looking, outgoing guy. In spite of the years,(who would have imagined I would make it to..omg..57), I have aged well. I have a reasonable amount of hair, (not much grey) and am fit enough. Ok, I do have the small,(requisite), belly bulge which I have started working on, but thankfully I am a more a bit more 'buff' about the bulge. And 'my story is' that any wrinkles are laugh lines or even better, the 'character' ones that the older movie stars have. Finally and most importantly, I possess a very good sense of humour about the world around me and in particular about myself.
My activities, both work and pleasure, are centered around water and air,two of the four elements of antiquity. I will pass on earth (because there is plenty of time for that when I 'pass') and what that leaves is exactly what I am looking for; a little fire...a little passion. The passion that I am talking about is the passion for life, love, adventure and above all, laughter. You have to love to laugh, even to the point of tears! Frankly I believe that laughter is what keeps most people, if not chronologically young, young at heart and stunningly beautiful. And you should not be afraid to laugh with abandon regardless of where you are. Even in the bedroom. Just don't point !
