OK -- I should take the time to redo this but really don't feel like it tonight so instead I'll post my my space info -- check it out -- www.my space.com/Shanjetski225. Let's see....about me....First of all, I know when to be serious but I am a complete smart ass so you better be on your toes with me :) I am WAY beyond the whole "serial dating" kind of thing that many of my friends do. I prefer to go out with one or two people on dates and get to know them rather than getting to know everyone. I am a quality person over quantity! I also refuse to play games at this point and I expect complete honesty from my friends and those I date.

I am a very "tell it like it is" kind of person so don't ask me something unless you are ready for the honest answer. Now being a "tell it like it is person" gets me into trouble at times and there also seems to be no middle ground....you either love me or hate me and this is just fine with me. I am also cautious with those I get to know and I am one of these that you have to earn my trust.

I also HATE drama but it seems that many like to drag me into it and this causes me to back away from those kind of people. I rather surround myself with people that have a positive impact on my life and make me happy! I have friends of all differing personalities and nationalities and I prefer it this way because I feel they all can teach me something and enhance my life. I am very open minded and do have my own opinions. You can tell me yours but do not push your opinion on me. Also, do not judge me or others till you walk in their shoes....you never know what path people have been on to get where they are today.....never assume!

I have tons of friends and acquaintances but few very true friends....once again quality over quantity! Most of my friends would say they truly know me....that is not so.....they think they know me but most just scratch the surface and go no further....we are a very shallow society and unfortunately that is how it is. My friends would describe me as kind (until you push me too far), caring, driven and somewhat intense.

I also am a single mom with a career so while I love to hang out and have a great time I also know my responsibilites. I love hanging out anywhere there is water...such as the lake, beach or springs. I am always up for a swim or cliff jumping at the lake :) I'm a bit of a thrill seeker. I grew up in a personal watercraft business so this is probably where much of this love of water comes from. I enjoy it and it is very fitting to my personality! You cannot be with me and be jealous....it just doesn't work out!

As for the guy I'd like to have in my life....well, there isn't one particular "type". I have been married and divorced and do not plan on doing that again till I know it's right. I rather be alone than ever go down that road again with the wrong person. I am looking for someone who is HONEST, respectful, compassionate, sincere, INTELLIGENT, confident in their own skin, and not jealous (I'm a sales rep...get over it!) and accepting of me as a person and not out to change who I am. Of course, I'm looking for more than I have listed but each person is different and you have to get to know one another and see if it will work or not. I have "settled" in the past and do not want to do that in my future. Also, I understand everyone has "issues" although I find most will argue this point....what people don't understand is that if you are stuck in traffic, can't get along with your boss, or whatever....these are all "issues" we all have them just to differing degrees! I'm no different and FAR from perfect!

I don't think there is any right or wrong answer here. I tell my friends all the time that it's about the company you keep not where you are or what you are doing. If I had a "connection" with the right person then I could be locked in a closet with that person as long as the conversation was intriguing, intelligent and engaging and have a great time!

PLEASE READ!!! If you are just looking for sex (as I am finding out MOST are that are on here) please DO NOT even bother contacting me. I am NOT looking for just SEX...I am looking to date someone and hope that I eventually end up in a relationship down the road. Guys...is it truly that hard to get laid.....seriously? I find it really crazy that I even have to spell this out to you! PLEASE do NOT waste my time or yours....you aren't going to change my mind no matter how HOT you are....I'm more into the intelligent conversation with a professional man!
