I'm an active sporty male who's down to earth, enjoys meeting people and values friendships. Ideally I'm looking for someone special to share life's riches with but am philosophical about it and it'll happen when it happens. I have a good sense of humour, kind, honest, loyal and considerate.
Some of my interests are rugby, scuba diving, snowboarding (gays on trays as my mates refer to it!! - huh, just because they ski the old farts), mixing and socialising. I enjoy pubs, bars and clubs (Clubs are more now and then). I am comfortable with the thirty something lifestyle and like dance, garage, house, cheesy 80's stuff and rock - basically most stuff. I also enjoy the quieter nights in and the local with my pooch and friends.
I have no children, no exs that I keep in touch with, or baggage from past relationships. I have my own home which I enjoy decorating to a high standard, a good professional job and a 7 year old golden retriever, she is very affectionate. I've recently joined a gym in March and so far love it.
Being an optimist, you can't change the past but you can shape the future and I'd like to think I accept people for who they are. Leopards don't change their spots, so why try and change a person, they are who they are. We just mellow with age so I've been told. (Yuk! who wants to get old...., not me, no, no, nooooo, too busy looking good. lol).

We all have our own qualities, strengths and characters, that's what's attractive. Mine are .....(not telling, that's for you to find out).

A relationship I believe is about loving, caring, trusting and communicating, respecting one another and being equal within it, no one dominating the other, and both sharing the decision making and responsibilities. It doesn't mean you can't have your own opinions or mind and naturally you aren't going to agree on everything, but life's fun like that. Love to laugh, a key tool to survival in this world. Can't be bothered with false or arrogant people, and idiots do my head in.

Although I do not need anyone, it would be nice to have that someone special. Happy to date or just be friends and see what unfolds from there. Just enjoy being bubbly, living life to the full and having fun - its a crazy life with wonderful experiences.

Similar interests would be cool.

Mmmmmmmmmm......got to be somewhere where you can spend fun but quality time, involving laughter, talk and listening, then who knows..... take it from there.
If it's winter, a true country pub with lovely food and a crackling open fire is probably up there on the list of venues.
For summer, perhaps a picnic, even better a picnic whilst punting down the River Cherwell, or a walk in fields of gold - just before they get the harvest in, but it all depends. If you expect me to come up with all the ideas then expect spontaneity too.
