Hello everyone!:)..I first of all would like to thank everyone who takes the time to look at and read my profile on here and I know and understand how looking for someone that you'd like to spend time with and get to know better is not always easy, but :) I'm a true believer in "nothing ventured, nothing gained" :)..I'm a single, never been married American lady who lives here in Sarasota, Florida who has countless interests it seems :)..I'm a college graduate and I'm an elementary school teacher who truly enjoys my work everyday :).

I've been told that I'm a very easy going, gentle, very peaceful and calm type lady who always enjoys smiling and having a laugh or some fun :)..I'm a very creative and imaginative type person who enjoys working on acrylic paintings of animals, people, landscapes, etc., as well as all kinds of arts and crafts :)...I always enjoy anything visual and I'm a lover of museums of all types as well as movies and music of many kinds :)..I've always liked plays, musicals, concerts of most types, enjoy cooking, photography, going for long, relaxing walks :), tennis and all racquet sports and also watching spectator sports..I've always been a history lover :) and enjoy visiting and exploring historic homes and sites along with anything historical in nature at all :). I have an interest in news and current events, enjoy learning about other cultures and like to learn foreign languages.

I'm seeking a man who's emotionally available and ready for a relationship :)..I'd love to meet a man who has an interest in history and historical types of things and also has an interest or love for cultural types of things too :)..I'm seeking someone who's caring, kind, really enjoys conversation and discussing things together with an open mind :), is patient, tolerant, optimistic and is confident...Someone with a cheerful disposition who enjoys smiling and laughing would be really terrific too :)...I'm also looking for a family-oriented type man who values their family and friends and this is very important to him...I'm basically seeking a confident, intelligent and happy all-around nice man :) who enjoys learning about new things and has an optimistic attitude towards life :).

I think that just having a casual drink together or having a light lunch or dinner or even something like a relaxed walk together in a park would be really nice and a good way to break the ice :)...I believe it's who you're with and not where you are that truly counts :).
