I've been known to break into spontaneous song. Especially, when a song from somewhere in time pops into my head. Some people enjoy that side of me, others find it annoying. I may alter the lyrics to fit my idea of how they should flow...and sometimes I forget the lyrics...substituting,"something, something, something," until I get to a place in the measure that I recall. I sometimes get silly, say quirky things. I'm a bit of an instigator, with some trickster aspects that come out. I've been known to take the opposite position of the popular stance at parties just for giggles. I tend to approach some issues and circumstances like a bulldozer and in others, I may be more judicious. I'm extremely independent when it comes to living life on my terms. I like who I am as a person and have found that people typically have one of two responses to me--they usually either love me or hate me. I'm good with either.

As a friend, you will find no one more loyal as long as the investment in the friendship is mutual. If I find it to be one-sided, I won't be investing myself from that point forward.

When it comes to relationships--I believe in freedom of choice. I never force anyone into a relationship and I do not attempt to coerce, beg, or force someone to stay. My philosophy of relationships is one that views adults as entering them of their own free will and they may leave them of their own free will. Anything else is a game rooted in oppressive control, in my opinion.

I am married and we are in an open relationship,open marriage, and enjoy relationships together and separately. We are both aware of the other's relationships; those we share together,separately, and have no secrets between us.

10/13/08 Caveat emptor: After reading through the forums today, I feel it is prudent that I state that I have 0 (zero) tolerance for stupidity and/or attempted con-jobs. Encounters with either tend to invite language chosen to cut to the core--I do not do subtle well.

Coffee, a drink, perhaps dinner and intellectual stimulation.

I do prefer a quiet place, a cafe, smaller dining facility, quiet pub/bar & grill, etc., in order to hear and be heard without competing with loud music or other noises.
