Update... Currently romantically tied to a lovely lady, so it's friendship for the foreseeable future... :)

On contract in Victoria until Sept 09, then... The coast will always be home, but I'm open to some mobility as the career settles... Yes, that will likely scare away many of you, but it's important to be up front about what will be required to ensure long term success... :) Who you spend time with is more important that where you are. :)


Since I've found the vocation I'm passionate about, it's what I'm pursuing. Photography allows me to be creative and to help others tell their stories. For many years I felt the need to be *in* the story (ah, the arrogance of youth), but now I want to help *tell* the story, even if it's not mine... I plan to fuse this with some traveling to experience more of the world we live in...after all, the world *is* awesome...

I don't watch a lot of TV, but much of what I do watch can be found on the Discovery Channel as opposed to CNN or MTV. Boom-dee-ah-dah... ;-)

I'm looking for things to do when I'm back in Paradise besides (or in concert with...) meandering around looking for opportunities to take pictures. I'm always looking for an excuse to tear myself away from the computer side of photography and get out with the camera, so some wanderings are always a good idea... I'm always interested in other people's perspectives on this fabulous world we live in.

I miss being outdoors as much as I used to be, so that's a priority along with the gear to capture it. I'm changing some of the people I spend time with because I found myself getting nowhere, and I definitely want to go places in this life. Active *go-getters* welcome. :) Most of my photography is outdoors related, but friends keep trying to get me to take pictures of them, so we'll see about that. Some of them (people shots) have actually turned out really well so far...


If that works for you, it's okay to be assertive, because confident women are attractive. If it doesn't work for you, best wishes in your quest.

Random fact about me (you can decide if it's interesting :p ) - I'm learning circular breathing as a challenge... There's a clue in that... ;)



I see Markus has added some extra options regarding our cars, education and income. Oddly enough my friends don't care about any of these... As with anyone, my answers could be summed up as *more than some, less than others*... Unfortunately he *didn't* add a category for skookum camera gear, so I'll just say that when I do a job, I enjoy having the best tools for the job. :) See the pictures as they change, read the profile and the Forum posts, you'll learn far more than you will from Markus' drop-down lists. If you still have questions...
