Not sure what I am looking for, but pretty much it all starts with friends, so that would be as good a place as any to start ;-)
Just saying hello.. Male,white,6'2" 265 red hair.. red/white goatee... My girl is now going into her JR year of college, and my son is now 18, how time flies. About me? work outdoors: airlines. fun loving.. somewhat of a jokester.. or so they say.. lots of smiles and fun.. say hello to me and we can go from there....... :) made a few friends here... POF peeps are one of a kind :) One thing.... At the moment I do work a lot.... but thats more of a shorter term taking care of stuff thing.... wanted that out there to..
Wrote this her first day of college, don't think I will ever take it down.
A HARD DAY: My hardest day yet... Freshman move in day at college.. 'Dad you gonna be here in the morning?' No doubt! 'love you' u 2. Next morning loaded up her room/life into the van and hauled it, while she drove her car(and her mom in another), up to the college.. Good day.. then watched about 4 boys help her take all of her stuff up the Stairs in one trip... (She is a beautiful blonde by the way)Thanked them and let them know in my own way... well that she has a big DAD... slipped some money behind her college ID... Busy day... books, meetings, putting her stuff together in her room... meeting roomate.. and her parents.. .....got a big hug and then after only 8 hours at school with her.. left so her mom could say goodbye without me there.... (not one fight all day) The Home is now quiet.. son is still here... good guy... but Amanda? well she is one of those lights that shine wherever she is and its as though the light is gone from the house... I know its not forever.. But the little girl I raised... well, visits are not the same thing.. Freshman move in day was yesterday.... Can't wait til summer vacation....
One last thing.. all pictures taken LAST year.. would like at least one in return to see who I am talking to... plz... :)
First Date
Ahhh, the first meeting... go to a small out of the way restuarant or something similar, and talk and talk.... If the chemistry is there, no doubt there will be.. But if doubt is in your mind.. no problems will come from me.. :)
Up for most things... relatively... the conversations are the key.... No presures, hey.. not everyone is a match for everybody... thats life..
But not knowing, not meeting, well that would kinda suck... lol
