| | General :
I'm a married man - have 2 great kids and a loving wife. I'm getting a bit older in life so I'm rounding out my mature side while still retaining a healthy sense of humour and childishness to grow up with my kids. I train regularily (3-5 days a week) for strength athletics and throwing for the summer. I've tried to make that as much of my life as I can to avoid slipping into poor health later on. I dont much care for team sports - find I get annoyed at others not putting the same effort into things as I like... a quiet room with loud music and lots of weights is where I am comfortable. Also large fields with highland game implements are a favorite - I'm weird what can I say... I dont like fitting into the norm.
I've got black hair, close cut and am told I look quite attractive (and no that's not my mom or wife telling me that  ). I've got a a BSc with Genetics/BioChem - most of it was entirely unused (I went into the profession of computers) and am a very big supporter of not letting university getting in the way of your education. I have a Masters level in Computer Engineering.
Personality :
I'm probably best described as a very stoic individual... I'm usually always the guy taking responsibility and trying to keep others in line. I have bad traits in that I can be overly stubborn and sometimes a bit of a brat when my evil sense of humour has exhasuted itself (happens often with my wife and my friends...). I am fiercely loyal about the people I care for - I'm the guy who would go to your jail cell if you screwed up in life. Right now I'd have to say life is about as good as it can get... moneys tight I guess as a young family but were well off. My kids are smart and well behaved - I could'nt ask for anything better from them.
Basically I'd be interested in just meeting people and seeing what thier all about. Call it a new hobby - but I've been stuck in an office / university setting too long with my nose in a monitor or a book... I've missed out a lot on the social aspect of life which I intend on making up for as much as I can. Been finding I like poker as it gets me out and forces me to interact with people, try to figure them out and have play a solid game... have enjoyed meeting new people there.
Dislikes - I can honestly say I have no time for people who play mind games... they are about the same level as politicians and leechs. No time for them except maybe to pur salt on them and watch em shrivel up and go away. Between work, kids, and training I dont have time for it.
Music - Well I like a good mix... my collection at work is Godsmack, CCR, Fleetwood Mac, and Classical - all depending on the mood. I am not built for making music as I have a terrible rythm, so anything that gets me motivated is good. |

first date? honestly... if I didnt have my kids arounds for a night I'd be a downright wild man :) drinking, smoking, whoring, crashing cars, shooting guns in the air... *back to reality* then again maybe not. Probably just crashing at the fire with a good ol BBQ going on and a few beers on hand would be nice. |
