About Me
Imagine this ...

It’s early evening. The enticing aroma of something delicious sizzling on the grill floats through the air (juicy steaks? plump, succulent marinated prawns? or the simple pleasure of tangy Sheboygan bratwurst …). Rich, subtly energizing music (~~smooth jazz~~) discreetly compliments the moment as we work together preparing what promises to be an absolutely delightful, intimate candle-lit “Diner pour Deux” (translation: dinner for two).

While I'm minding the main course on the grill, you’re deftly preparing delectable accompanying dishes (buttery garlic mashed potatoes? a tender rice dish? crunchy steamed veggies?).

Anticipation builds as we skillfully bring this mouth-watering collaboration to readiness. All the while, we’ve been enjoying a relaxing glass of tasty, well-rounded wine (~~ or two) as I occasionally stroll nonchalantly about the softly lit kitchen on what are really just thinly disguised missions to playfully tease and sidetrack you with an affectionate hug or two.

The first course that launches a superb evening together is ready. The company, food, atmosphere and energy are all as the commercial declares "Priceless!"

Bon Appetit!

Afterward, our only remaining challenge: "What’s for dessert?!" How about _________? (you fill in the blanks).

Seeking an inquisitive, passionate lady to explore and enjoy "the NOW" with me - the best time of our lives! Someone whose strengths enable her to be soft, whose savvy and confidence encourages her to be open and curious, and whose quiet resolve translates into enchantment.

Want to come along and embrace this adventure … together!

Let's act today to take full advantage of this enjoyable season. Here's a toast to the holidays, to shopping expeditions, concerts (TSO in Dec? talk about Holiday energy!), joyful holiday lights, delightful meals together, stimulating conversations, and of course - our ever entertaining yet often perplexing Chicago Bears (I absolutely love 102 yard kick-off or punt returns!)

Me: an engaging, level-headed guy with a wry, lighthearted sense of humor, a sharp mind and good ear, who's life experience has taught him that Presence, Strength and Passion are absolutely vital; that life is preciously short and best lived in the NOW; and that this challenging, rewarding journey is best savored with your special person close by your side.

Simply said, I'm intently searching for the last great love of my life. Will there be that certain spark, that magical chemistry between us?

Send me a quick email today ... there's no better time to find out than NOW!

First Date
Something fun where we can laugh and get to know one another better.

One more thing to think about ...

The Mayonnaise Jar and 2 Beers

A professor stood before his philosophy class and had some items in front of him. When the class began, he wordlessly picked up a very large and empty mayonnaise jar and proceeded to fill it with golf balls. He then asked the students if the jar was full. They agreed that it was.

The professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured them into the jar He shook the jar lightly. The pebbles rolled into the open areas between the golf balls. He then asked the students again if the jar was full. They agreed it was.

The professor next picked up a box of sand and poured it into the jar. Of course, the sand filled up everything else. He asked once more if the jar was full. The students responded with a unanimous "yes."

The professor then produced two Beers from under the table and poured the entire contents into the jar effectively filling the empty space between the sand. The students laughed.

"Now," said the professor as the laughter subsided, "I want you to recognize that this jar represents your life. The golf balls are the important things---your family, your children, your health, your friends and your favorite passions---and if everything else was lost and only they remained, your life would still be full."

The pebbles are the other things that matter like your job, your house and your car.

The sand is everything else---the small stuff. "If you put the sand into the jar first," he continued, "there is no room for the pebbles or the golf balls. The same goes for life. If you spend all your time and energy on the small stuff you will never have room for the things that are important to you."

"Pay attention to the things that are critical to your happiness. Spend time with your children. Spend time with your parents. Visit with grandparents. Take time to get medical checkups. Take your spouse out to dinner. Play another 18. There will always be time to clean the house and fix the disposal. Take care of the golf balls first---the things that really matter. Set your priorities. The rest is just sand."

One of the students raised her hand and inquired what the Beer represented. The professor smiled and said, "I'm glad you asked. The Beer just shows you that no matter how full your life may seem, there's always room for a couple of Beers with a friend."
