i would try to find out what the girl likes and what she is into then try to plan a date somewhere appropriate, and hopefully unique.
bowling, mini-putt, movies, coffee are all standard, and not out of the question, but as time goes on, unique dates would occur.
it would be prefered that the first date be somewhere where communicating is possible so that we can see if there is a connection.
