I moved to Chicago from NYC a few years ago to be closer to my 8 year old daughter. One day she asked me why I lived in NY and I told her it was because that was where my job was. She paused and tearfully told me "...I hate your job." I moved to Chicago 3 months later and we both have never been happier. About me, I am a fit, successful, intelligent guy. People will often describe me as intense, but someone who can laugh at themselves. I am very mature in the important ways, but am often told I have a "little boy" quality that is endearing. Now that I am older, I have a much better understanding of what I am looking for in a partner. I am looking for someone that is my equal and that inspires me to be my best and vice versa.

I am 5' 8" (not the "Jewish 5' 8" which is really 5' 6") and take very good care of myself. In fact i did 5 triathlons this summer. I am well educated (double Ivy) but I know that how smart you live your life is a lot more important than where you went to school. One of my pictures is with my daughter. BTW my daughter is the world to me so if you aren't ok with kids we aren't a match. My pictures are all recent and accurate.

I do triathlons as a way to stay fit and am looking for someone that also takes very good care of their body and values their appearance.

I am looking for someone that sees the glass half full instead of half empty; is truly self aware and can look at themselves; inspires me as a human being; can laugh at themselves; finds happiness where they are instead of looking for "things" to make them happy; can communicate their wants and needs and not expect I can read their minds; sometimes gives change to homeless people; honors their parents; wants to write a book someday about something that they have passion about; lives life with integrity; someone that stays in great shape because they have respect for themselves and their partner.
