Who am I? I like: reading, spicy ethnic food [Thai curry, jerk pork, etc.], beach & boardwalk & body-surfing, art & science & history, movies, museums & zoos, people-watching, flea markets & antiques, dining out, cooking [I'm told I'm good cook], ideas, smart people, learning about how the world works, full moons, dressing down [think jeans, sweaters, topsiders], New England, libraries/bookstores, walking & hiking [but not running], the "New Yorker", walking around NYC, classic rock [psychedelia, folk-rock, etc.--POF said I'm supposed to mention this???], old toy soldiers, the truth, Halloween, ghost stories, "Seinfeld", "MST3K", "Cash Cab", "The Onion", D.Q. on a summer night, a walk in the woods in the fall, a fire on the hearth on a cold night...


Pluses: I DO show up for work every day, do NOT live with my mother, am responsible, am NOT being sought by the authorities, & do have a sense of humor. I'm pretty observant. I'm a bit of a nerd, but, as they say, "I'm OK with it." I do not drink or take drugs at all--so, sorry, no bars, no wine-tasting dates, etc. When it says I smoke "occasionally" it means literally 4 cigarettes/day. I’ve had long-term relationships, but have never married. I'm slim & am in reasonably good shape. Like the outdoors, but not overly into sports.
