Update! I'm really happy to say that after 6 months of being laid off I got a job!!! Now I can afford to take you out for a nice time! lol!
What's up with all this "long walks on the beach" stuff? C'mon ladies think outside the box......come up with some new material! There's other things to do besides walking on the beach. And I'll clue you in......guys don't dig it all that much either. Last time I was at Newport it was overcast, cold and I had sand in my shoes. Yeah I had a rockin' good time! Couldn't wait to get out of there, get the sand out of my shoes and get somewhere warm! lol!
Do I have a car?! What the hell?! Who thought of that one?! No I planned to take my dream girl out out on the Omnitrans! LOL! OK I'll bite. YES I DO! In fact I have two of them and one's a convertible.
This is my second time around on Fish. Met a few nice people and some not so much. Thought I'd take a break for awhile but now I'm ready to try it again. You're out there......I know you are!
I'm looking for that last and best relationship of my life. I really am looking for a good reason to get off this site.........maybe that's you! I'm pretty old fashioned and conservetive as far as politics and am very opionionated about it. I don't say things that are "politically correct" because that's what's popular and what people seem to want to hear. I believe that Barack Obama is bad for this country and don't believe in his "share the wealth" philosophy. I also believe that, if he has his way, he will turn this country into a socialist society and, in fact, is already well on his way to doing just that. I am a productive, hard working, English speaking, legal citizen of this great country as I think everyone should be. I work hard for my money and don't want to hand it out to people that refuse to. I am not a mean spirited person and I realize that everyone needs a helping hand once in awhile and will be the first one to offer it IF THEY HELP THEMSELVES! I am also the proud owner of a 45 Cal semiautomatic handgun and if anybody comes in my house that's not supposed to be there I will use it. I firmly believe in our constitutional right to bear arms. I realize that these are not popular beliefs in this liberal state that we live in but I beleive that this country has deteriorated because of permissive liberal policies and beliefs and believe in Ronald Reagans philosophy of peace through strength. God bless out troops!!!!!!!!! We need to protect our rights, our freedoms, our culture and our way way of life or it will all change in ways that none of us will want to see. I hope you don't think that I'm a bad guy because of this because I'm not. I'm just really tired of seeing hard working people, like you and I, getting screwed. That said and if you're still interested then please read on.
Friends, family and loyality are important to me. My job and work ethics are also very important. I work hard (but not too hard that I can't find the time for you) and play by the rules and I think we all should. I probably smoke too much but I enjoy it and I also work out 4-5 times a week so I like to think that helps. I was brought up "old school". I was taught respect and consideration for other people and their property and I still believe that's the way it should be. It seems like that's gone out of style and it's a shame. I don't believe in games......games are for kids and I'm no kid I have always thought that when two people meet they know pretty quickly whether or not they are going to click. If they don't then just say "nice to have met you" and move on. If they do..........well then it's on baby! I'm looking for someone that's honest, down to earth and most of all (I know this gets said alot but I'm serious) doesn't play games. Just be yourself and we'll take it from there.
I like Laughlin alot! I like things like camping, NASCAR, classic cars and nostalgia. Route 66 stuff is really cool! I have a 15 1/2 year old Black Lab that's my best bud. I'm a child of the 70's. I like classic rock, smooth jazz, country and 60's music. Barbecues with friends and family and outdoor summer concerts are also alot of fun. (How about Van Morrison under the stars!?) Nice places to eat to me are Vince's, Steer & Stein and Sizzler. That doesn't mean we can't do a little fine dinning once in a while......I clean up pretty well too! I like small hole in the wall places where everybody knows everybody......a "Cheers" type atmosphere I guess. I smoke too much but I do work out 3-4 times a week.
One more thing. I don't want to hurt anybody's feelings but I just have to say: Please be "height and weight proportionate" I'm not looking for the bone skinny model type either just somewhere in between. It's nothing personal just a personal preference. I have met a few women on here that say their body type is "average" and when we meet that's not the case at all. They might be average for a fat girl! C'mon ladies if you're overweight then be honest, say so and save us both some time because I'm sure going to be able to see it when we meet. Plus I just plain don't like to be misled. I mean if you're not honest to begin with then you probably won't be later on either. I do believe that it's what's underneath that counts the most but without physical attraction then intimacy will probably not be there either and that is also very important in a relationship. Without it you're just fooling yourself because it won't last. Also please have a fairly recent picture posted. It's only fair.......mine are all recent.
