I'm new to Van, so thought I'd "unhide" my profile and see if I could meet some new people around here. Interestingly, when I edited my profile, it says I have "No Personality" under the "Fish Personality" drop down list. Seems mean-spirited.

In fact, I do have a personality! I'm easy going, extremely spontaneous, love trying new things and basically just having fun (I know, I know.. who doesn't, right?). I'm well educated and, yes, literate, so I can keep up in almost any conversation.

I have a T-shirt that reads "similes are like metaphors". My friend called me a nerd. Hmph. I also sport a panda hat on chilly days. It makes people smile and I like that.

I prefer guys who have an adventurous spirit. I'm also partial to arty intellectuals. Also, if you want to brag to me about your car/motorcycle, know that it's wasted. I have no idea what you are saying.

Feel free to ask me anything, though. I'm fairly open and never shy.
