I am a trustworthy, honest person (as far as humans go) that is seeking friendship, dating and more with the right woman. Update: Right now I'm going through a difficult transition. I was laid off by my employer after seventeen years of service. So for now I'm looking to talk on the phone for a while - with the option of pursuing more if the circumstances are right.

Even though I've been single for quite a while I don't think I will explode if I remain so. I am confident that I can be happy being single, but it would be nice to have someone to face the challenges of life with. Someone that would be a supporter not an opponent.

I like nature, silence, animals napping during a gentle rain, listening to my dog eat corn flakes, ha ha! I live in the city, but wish to live out in the country where I could truly appreciate God's creation.

Age is not an issue with me as long as there is a true attraction. I believe if two adults care for each other that's all that matters. I don't care what the Joneses think. I'd rather have one day of happiness with the right person than a life with the wrong person.
