About Me
Thanks for reading. I'll try and keep it short and simple (hey...that describes my profile, not me).
I have been widowed since 1996. I have two daughters, ages 25 and 27 and two beautiful granddaughters.
Things I enjoy:
Thunderstorms, bubble baths, cooking out, listening to karaoke, shooting pool and throwing darts.
Those few minutes right before dark when the sky is beautiful.
Being spontaneous (as long as I have time to think about it, first).
American Idol (so, shoot me), nautical stuff, country music and 70's rock.
That feeling you get when you hold hands for the first time.
Other interests are listed above, you know...the "blue words".
Things I want to do and places I want to visit:
Dance in the rain, fly, ride on an airboat, see a fallling star (nope, never seen one).
See a live NASCAR race, climb a lighthouse, sail on a pirate ship.
Visit Key West and have a beer at Sloppy Joe's (very touristy, I know, but it's on my list...darn it!).
Visit the old fishing villages on the New England coast.
See snow. I have been in places where it snows but have never been there at the right time.

First Date
K.I.S.S.Nooooooo...I don't want to kiss on the first date. Geeze...what kind of girl do you think I am?  It stands for Keep It Simple, Silly. Let's just grab a beer somewhere and talk.  If it goes well we can plan a first date, if it doesn't...it was ALL YOUR FAULT!
