About Me
I am an anomaly, I dress in dark cloths and can look like a Goth, I say git er dun! One minute I'm writing up APA Journal articles and getting experiments published, the next minute I’m discussing with doctors in microbiology how to make war llamas. I believe knowledge is power, but who says you can’t have fun with it? Life is too short to take too seriously. As far as likes and dislikes likes go...likes: Techno, Industrial, Anime , epic type movies, art, computers, gaming, camping (though it's too hot 90% of the year , especially in this part of Texas), surfing (not in the Galveston water, though), throwing parties, watching British humor (Monty Python, Benny Hill, Green Wing, Allo Allo, etc), and working to topple "The Man", rebels, Ancient Egypt
Dislikes: "The Man", stupid people. The man can take many forms, a justice system that is unkind to the unwary individual, the company that fired hard working people and shifting jobs to other countries with child labor, or the entity that takes advantage of the underdog.

First Date
The 1st date is always most uncomfortable, but it shouldn't be. People put on fronts and try to act differently then they would normally. Typically a first date should consist of something that is free or an even that would take someone who would be normally guarded and make them feel at home. My personal place to go is the art museum. Not only it tends to be free, but you get to look at art and you and the person is surrounded by wonderful artwork. Typically as people walk around, preferably after consuming a wonderful cappuccino at one of the coffee bars in Montrose (near downtown Houston), people would tend to loosen up and relax from the pressure of making the 1st impression. I also believe that how one act on the first date is important. When a woman refuses to hold a hand or even make eye contact I can determine that the relationship will go nowhere. It means that she will not feel comfortable around you and possibly lacks confidence in herself. If the date is playful than you know she is fun loving and a good person to be around. Mind you there are some circumstances that can cause people to shy away on the first date. But in all honestly, you really can’t pigeon hole people on how they act or even where they go on a first date. So in all honestly it’s not a fair question to answer.
