Hi. My name is Jon. I don't really know where to start...I have never had really good luck with this whole internet dating thing, but here goes. I think that im a fun person to be around, and I say that with all modesty. I don't like to come off as****. I am a self-proclaimed artist, although I'm no Van Gogh or Dali. I do mostly digital stuff, things like photoshop and painter, but I'm also known to be a cartoonist as well. I don't have any comic strips, but I just draw figures whenever something pops into my head. I had some formal training in a figure drawing class that I took in my second semester of college, but other than that, nothing really special. That was a fun class, though. I could just sit and draw for hours. We usually drew from a nude model. I think the human body is beautiful. There are so many little intricacies that make it visually appealing to draw. Call me crazy, but most of the time I see life as beautiful too. I live for the moments of serenity where youre laying in a field of tall grass on a hot summer night, just staring up at the stars. The stars fascinate me. just to think that some of those stars are so far away, that their light is just reaching our eyes now... and they may already be gone.
I love to sit in coffee shops late at night and talk about philosophy, politics, whatever sounds like an interesting topic. I like to know what other people are thinking, and what things they like to think about. I am a thinker. If I can have a good conversation with someone over a cup of joe, that's a perfect night right there. I never really was into the party scene. I do like to go to concerts whenever someone good is in town, and my friends and I usually make a pretty good night of it.
