I'm a pretty simple guy(low maint.) we all have baggage at this age, I try to keep mine in check. I've worked very hard at keeping myself in shape, I would like someone who would enjoy my basement gym with me. A woman who wants to walk next to me, not controll or be controlled. She's self sufficient, & wants to share her life with me(she does not need me). To nutshell it...a Woman of substance & stature who walks with pride!
What she'll get in return? A man who will only have eyes for her, a loyalty that will abound the years! She'll be treated like a Lady by a well trained gentleman(I was taught to put the seat down) lol A bit of a play here... My late Wife's nickname for me was "house bit@h" lol
Some of my thoughts? Do you remember when your son asked "Babies?"? When a young man was sitting on the porch waiting for you to arrive...He asked...May I marry? when your daughter said ..."Hey Dad...shall I call you grandad?" & the most wonderful of all...when your Grand-daughter extended her arms to you while in Moms arms and she was feeling Ill?
These are the things I want to share...Just an everyday Family life without the arguments. My Loss has taught me to lighten it up...don't sweat the small stuff. and find a Lady that will treat you like the gentleman you are!

12/3/08 I remember asking myself where I want to be in three years...the answer was...having someone in my life for the "Final Chapter". I've met some wonderful people on here and elsewhere, not the Lady for me. Sooo...Who is She? She's a hands on type of Woman who wants to play in the garden, grab a shower, and head to Atlantic City just for the hell of it! I'd like her to like my music, but I want her to teach me her Passions! She's an and a , The absolute most important quality she has is...She stands up for herself. I had a puppy when I was a Child, I'm now a very proud Man, she'll be of that same distinction.

I pride myself in not being a hypocrite, we all have quirks...that's the small stuff...who cares of such trivia! I don't over react to any situation, I'll discuss it, Hear you out, and speak my mind in a calm way. When arguing, I fight fair, no name calling. We as adults can disagree, lets do so respectfully. The smoking thing is an occasional cigar. I'm told very often I do not photogragh well...(for what's it's worth ) lol

Hmmm...1st date? lunch, coffee...Oh ...I Know...Lets get a Frisbee...go to the mall with a great Dane. throw it as far as we can, then sit down & do some people watching lol We can call the game dodge dog lol
