Hi. Where do I begin? I am a spontaneous, fun-loving person who tries to find a positive side to just about every situation.

I am looking for a man who is intelligent, funny and, most importantly, honest.

I love to spend time on the beach, like camping and hiking, love going to see live bands (of the rock/alternative variety), and enjoy reading (Carl Hiasson is one of my favorite authors). My idea of a perfect date would be to have a romantic, candle-lit dinner on the beach, complete with a chilled bottle of Chardonnay and music playing in the background (preferably Van Morrison or REM). I also like slightly louder music. I'll be really impressed if you've heard of Black Rebel Motorcycle Club (first hint, they're a band, not an actual motorcycle club). If this sounds appealing, I would really like to hear from you.

For a first date, I would like to meet in a casual atmosphere and have meaningful conversation (or just be silly, depending on the person). I love to laugh, so if you can keep me laughing, that's definitely a bonus!
