My profile says I am looking for friends, well isnt that where things should start and progress from their. I am looking for Quality NOT Quantity. a few good friends and one ( ONLY ONE ) special friend.

I belive their are three BASIC things need for a friendship (take notes ladies...lol)
1 commonality : we have to enjoy doing SOME (not all) of the same things.
2 HONESTY : if you cant be honest with me then we have no foundation on which to build on!!!
3 COMMUNICATION : I want someone whom I can talk open and freely with. someone that can hold my intrest at dinner or on a road trip. NOTE this doesnt mean I want someone who enjoys the sound of THEIR own voice!!! VERY important someone who knows how to comunicate without words!!! show me dont allways tell me!!!
I know what I want and confident that she is out their I have made some wonderfull friends along they way.
I have more girl "friends" then guy friends...maybe cuz in the medical feild I was used to working mostly w/ women and yes I am a good listener. also I am good freinds with my ex wife she lives in Tenn. though, so NO concers their....
I am (if you havent noticed yet) a VERY confident man, but I have my faults too.
I like to stay active most of the time I am healthy but not anal about it.

I have seen some nice people on here unfortunitly they think that the right person must live with in 75 miles of them and after ALL THESE YRS they still havent met them.

I would say a meeting someplace quiet where we could talk and get to know each other and go from their.
now that summer is here I would even be up for a hike and or pic nic some place. I like kids but would prefer our first date or meeting be adults only
