So I've decided that it's time for me to find someone I can see myself having a future with. I'm at the age right now where my friends are getting married and having babies. It's time for me to move to the next step in my life.

I've just recently gotten out of a 7 year relationship that was long coming to an end. I was hurt in ways that I didn't realize a person could hurt in. Sometimes you put too much trust, or faith into someone only to have them turn around and shatter it.

I'm not going to lie... It does take a lot for me to trust someone completely. Especially after everything that I have been through. But I'm ready to try. I want to find my Knight in Shining Armour. I want to find that one person I'm meant to be with. I'd like to find someone who shares the same ideals that I do, and has the same hopes and dreams that I do.

I know that all of that probably sounds like I'm some headcase who doesn't trust guys..but that's really not the case at all. I'm a good person..and I give my all to whoever I am with. I give my heart 100%, and would do anything for the man I love.

I'm not going to say some sappy line like I know my true love is out there waiting for me, or I believe in love at first sight. I used to believe all those things, but now I realize that Love is something you have to work for. It's a 2 way street with bumps, and curves, and hills that go up and down. But what I do believe is that if you really want it, and you try for it, it can happen.

I'd like to go somewhere that we can have fun, and get to know each other. Out for dinner, or for drinks. Somewhere quiet. Maybe after we could go for a walk, or for a drive :) Anything's possible if we click.
