I thought that perhaps it was time to update the profile just a little. And perhaps shorten it a bit.
Ok, a few things about me...I work out about 3 times a week. I respect those who respect themselves enough to keep themselves in shape. (under 140 pounds please) I prefer the down-to-earth type. My priorities are my kids. I have a great job and position, and love what I do. I do the best I can with what I have and am grateful for it, and for those who come into my life.
That all said, some of my interests currently are: Martial Arts, Bicycling, Hiking, Photography, love the water, fishing, boating, camping...pretty much anything outdoors. I'm NOT into NASCAR. I don't have much time to follow organized sports, and when I do have time, there's always something else that I'd rather be doing.
I don't mind having good friends or more....but also I love my freedom and independence and worked hard to get it. Relationships take time, and "soulmates" take a lifetime...I don't have any opposition to that, but I'm realistic about it. We're all shopping here and looking for the one that makes us melt and do crazy things for. For now I'm just looking for some new friends, occasional get-togethers (cook-outs, day at the beach etc), fun, and adventure.
Personality: I'm actually a card and cut-up. Silly/goofy, wry sense of humor, and can keep you on your toes, but as you see above, I do have a serious, down-to-business side and like to be honest up front. (Something that most of you say that you want in a guy) Just remember though...the truth hurts sometimes. I dish it out, have fun, and will bust on you mercilessly, so if you can't take it, or if you can't give a little back it won't be too much fun now will it?
I'm confident, focused and very affectionate, passionate, and attentive. I've always believed that your relationships and how you treat others (respect) are really the only things that matter. That goes both ways too. I expect the same from you, and respect enough to say if it's not working, rather than just disappear into thin air or to lie to me. Be real.
