I am the eternal student in IT, constantly upgrading my skills. I adore technology, and you will find me tinkering on software and hardware or on ebay for all kinds of electronic doodads or just learning more about technology, or anything else for that matter.

I am a curious man about curious things. I can be lost for hours on wikipedia or other encyclopedia sites, just learning about the useful, to the totally useless!

As you may have guessed, I am a practitioner of simple living (wiki the term). Reason for this is to make sure that it's less bothersome in the end. And that it's my way to say "NUTS" to the rat-race, by lowering my wants, and keeping a solid firm hold on what I need.

I enjoy biking, and can be found on the Prescott-Russell recreational trail often or in rural backroads regularly. 40-60km bike rides are "normal" to me.

What I like in a companion is intelligence, integrity and a nice twisted sense of humor. Nothing like a lady who in one word can evoke an imagery so ridiculously twisted that in one shot, would make old women faint, make cream turn to butter and paint my monitor with a lovely shade of whatever beverage so happened to be in my mug followed by fits of uncontrollable laughter.

I don't care if you are a professional or not. Educated or not. Money isn't everything, and poverty is no disease, just a pain in the butt!! While I do like intelligent women, I do respect life-experience a little more now than I use to. That teaches you more than anything else.

Currently I am looking at friendship first, then we will see where it leads. One night stands, while tempting like forbidden fruit, are nothing but sparks in the dark. I like to build up a bonfire (It keeps you nice and toasty in the winter months of one's life).
