Undergrad degree in mechanical engineering (UCSD), planning to pursue graduate/doctoral work in related field. I currently design and build unmanned aircraft.

Family-oriented, loosely Christian/Catholic conservative values. Open-minded, good-hearted, honest, patient, loyal, intelligent, expressive, intellectual, adventurous. Focused, ambitious tendencies, but definitely humble. Think I'd make a good father. Pretty “typical” virgo traits (meticulous, particular, demanding). Strong INTJ (Jungian personality type) with a few exceptions. Fairly dark-minded, passionate, realistic, hopelessly romantic and optimistic, and very independent - I pick my friends, associations and endeavors deliberately. Honor matters.

I'm half Greek, 1/4 German, the rest an "American" mix of Italian, etc. I particularly appreciate European and especially Asian women.

Some select movies I bothered to purchase: V for Vendetta, Network, Das Boot, Downfall, Swingers, Band of Brothers(HBO series), Batman Begins, The Dark Knight, Starship Troopers (love this movie), Star Wars Epic(1-6), LOTR, Terminator Movies, Contact, Dark City, Gattaca, Babylon 5 series, Harold & Kumar Go To Whitecastle, We Were Soldiers, The Fifth Element, Red Dawn.

Dumped TV service long ago, and haven’t missed it, but some favorite TV series: The Shield, Nip/Tuck, Battlestar Galactica (new version, early seasons anyway), Babylon 5, various Star Trek shows(long ago). I'm a bit of a geek/dork.

Music: I have a weakness for good trance, but I love all kinds of music, especially electronic, symphonic/orchestral/classical, rock/alternative/etc. If it has melody/structure, has life to it, I can appreciate it.

I bicycle a lot, for exercise, activity, outdoor exploration. Read a lot, particularly contemporary information (i.e. news via internet). Always informing or edifying myself somehow. Would love to travel more, desire a companion; been many places.
