They can write this on my tombstone if they want, but, they’d better wait a long time before they print it because I’m going to live- a long, stress free life!

To me, the essence of life is simply happiness. We choose what that means. Some folks run after money, some after sex, some love, and some, artificial fulfillment. As For me, I run after nothing, because for starters, I walk [and] second, I strive to generate positively through others, (or so I’d like to think)

I believe that harmony is found in the ability to drop off anger at the sidewalk, pick up a laugh at the corner store,(until your belly hurts) love your enemies, and make sure that you stay strong...the word is that all that, promotes good health, lowers stress, & helps maintain an overall state of well being. (plus, you get to look the part too)

Though most of us tend to see through our own glasses I strive to look through other’s eyes affording me the ability to rid jealousy from the equation.

I think that laughter therapy people, exercise fanatics, and the “act as if you’re happy” people have the right idea.

Sex is better in love, flowers smell better at weddings, people dance [tons] better when they like the music, & money is sweeter when you have your own.

I love strangers,(not physically) thwart jealousy, denounce anger, enjoy deep communication, share my food, give from my heart, respect my mind/body & only share it when using ALL 5 gifted senses

Laughter, communication, (verbal & subliminal body language based) attraction @ dangerously high levels, coupled with pheromones in full force and effect, Intellect in the air [and] the ability to "get" each other.
