I feel a relationship should be based on friendship and love of personalities... I value friendship over all in a relationship. I am looking for someone I can have fun with feel comfortable with and just be myself. I enjoy second dates much more than first dates because it seems the people are either too nervous, or too scared to be totally themselves. And then there are some that try to impress more the first time and become more themselves on the second date. I am a Christian. I don't do bars or large parties I am more a one on one person.... I am more family oriented person. I like to sit and watch movies or snuggle on the porch. I enjoy comedies and dramas. I am totally not into horror movies.... Closest I got was nightmare on elm street when I was a lot younger and didn't sleep in my bed for weeks scared Freddy would reach through it at me..lolol

I guess the best way to describe the kind of love I am looking for ... Is a love like my grandparents had. You know the kind where they sat on the porch each doing their own thing... bickering at each other over the days events... but yet when one walks off the porch its always with a kiss and an I love you. A love that weathers the tough times because you don't look for an easy out but turn to each other for support to get through it. A love that no matter how bad your days is all you can think about is going home and getting a hug from the other to make everything feel all right.

I love crime shows like law and order, JAG, CSI (all of them), medium. Something that makes me think and wonder not just sit there and veg. I know that's just not normal... but why be normal when you can be yourself?


I love to watch it rain, there is nothing as soothing or romantic as sitting on a porch and listening to the thunder roll in the distance and the patter of rain hitting the roof. I also love to watch the lightning in the distance...

I also enjoy riding motorcycles when I can; I haven't for a while now. I love to take long drives out in the country either on motorcycle or by car... and on adventurous days in a truck on old back roads especially in the fall, I lived in Florida for a few years and missed the changing of the seasons Southern Ohio trees have. There is nothing I have seen as beautiful as the hills of Southern Ohio as in the fall.

Id like to have a quiet dinner in a small restaurant or a picnic at the park.. somewhere we can talk and get to know each other.
