HI!!!!Finding a good friend seems to be one of the hardest things to do these days. Everyone is busy. Most people are extrememly picky about who and what they are looking for, and their expectations are way to precise. There is no way that one can present themselves completely in this kind of situation. That will only happen after two people meet and have the time to evaluate who the other person really is. As for myself, I would like to meet someone who is a gentleman, with a gentlemans qualities. Must have a good sense of humour, be responsible, and accept who I am, the good and maybe the not so good. My responsibilities as a parent have been over for quite some time. I have a full time job. And I am a good person. Do not "need" anyone to cling onto, but would find it to be very nice to have a friend to do things with every once in a while. And if that friendship grew into a relationship that would be wonderful. I do tend to be a rather quiet person. Do not like to have a full schedule all of the time. Much prefer to concentrate on having a few close friends, rather than bunches of acquaintences. I am an animal lover, so if you are allergic or have a problem with hair getting on your clothes, then I am definetly not the one for you. I am also quite artistic, and love learning anything that is new to me. Always love a challenge, and almost always conquer that challenge. Have a very special event coming up in a couple of months. Would be great to be able to have a companion to go with. Makes the day just that much more special when you can share the good times with a good friend. Look forward to meeting you, and having several pleasant adventures in the near future. All you have to do is say Hello and the adventure will start! Give it a try. You will find me to be a very pleasant surprise!

I would not consider our first "meeting", to be a "date". More or less an information session, and to see if there are any common interests that could, in time, turn two single people into good friends or maybe even someday a couple. The obvious options are always there. Meeting for a drink, dinner, going for a walk, attending a social function or maybe even a movie. That would depend on what "we" decide on together.
