I'm here because honestly I don't really know where to go to meet people. I pretty much go to work and church and spend time with my daughter. I've been single for three years now and it's just time. Don't get me wrong, I love my life and am actually happy and satisfied being single. But if there is someone out there who I am attracted to and who makes me happy, why not look?

What is important to me? My family, I love heading to Beavercreek to see my family on weekends. I love spending time with my daughter - the house is empty when she's gone. I love coaching high school football. It is my passion. I also coach track. I enjoy church on Sunday morning, going out with my friends on Friday nights and golfing as often as I can.

What am I like? I'm pretty quick witted and sarcastic. I like making people laugh. At the same time I can be pretty shy right off the bat. I think in the few years I have been on here I have contacted 3 people if that says anything.

What am I looking for? I'm looking for a person of character. To me that means an honest trustworthy person. I can not tolerate lying. Someone who takes care of themselves physically. Someone who can have a few beers with me on Fridays and go to church with me on Sunday. Another key thing is being supportive. I find myself really attracted to intelligent women. For whatever reason the big brain does it for me.

I'm a confident, stable guy. I have a good job; own my own home and my own car. I’m looking for someone long term who I can trust.

Experience says - I'd have to say meet somewhere for a drink and just talk for a little bit - see if anything clicks. If it's bad then leave, no harm done. If it's great you can always decide to stay longer, eat or go do something. There is no sense in turning a first date into a marathon when you know it's a train wreck!
