I'm an independent, self-sufficient woman looking to find someone to share some of my interests: daily dog park visits or walks (love my two dogs Shasta and Scout and two kitter cats Tinks and Jinx), indy/foreign film viewing, casual dining, horseback riding (own an APHA mare named Missy), gaming (board games), bookstore browsing and travel. I'd like to find a life partner but am going to be cautious about jumping into a serious long-term relationshop. If I do, it's gotta last and so I will tread warily. I am hoping to meet a middle-of-the-road or politically liberal, non-religious person, with at least a college degree (this last part is optional -- but please be able to talk about issues and ideas) AND who likes/loves pets. Sports are okay, but only if you participate, not just watch!

Do you ride a horse? Is there such a thing as a liberal or educated horse lover? I can't believe the only men who DO horsey things are rednecks??? I also like bluegrass music -- although I mostly listen to alternative music day-to-day, there's something fun about fiddles, guitars and banjos! I like REM, Bob Dylan, the Goo Goo Dolls, Five for Fighting, Taylor Swift, Shania Twain, etc. Basically, my musical tastes are fairly eclectic.

Celebrity double = Tina Fey (as she is on "30 Rock"!) except I have some Kenneth mixed in. I am a countrified city girl! Someone told me I'm all Kansas... What you see is what you get. No pretension and very down-to-earth. Oh, and I like to climb trees, hop on one foot, play with kids, and be an all-around goof, because it's FUN!
