I am Izel Citlali, a 22 year-young citizen of the world.
I just received my B.A. in Political Science/Public Service and Ethnic Studies from the University of California, Riverside. I just moved to Alexandria, Virginia from Los Angeles...so I come with the attitude..haha. jk.

I'm outgoing and loud/shy and quiet at times. I love to laugh, especially at myself!:P I love meeting new people and learning about people. This world is filled with good ones/bad ones/lame ones/obnoxious ones/funny ones/boring ones/a-holes/stuck-ups/intelligent ones/independent ones/etc, but the beauty of it all is meeting each and everyone of them! I think all human beings are capable of being beautiful in their own way, so why not get to know them? I'm open minded and waiting to be intrigued;)

So...yes...I just landed a job in Washington, DC in the legal profession. My future plans are still unwinding, but my hopes are to continue my education by pursuing a joint Masters and Ph.D. program, which means I am going back to California next year. I go back to Cali once in a while to visit family and friends, but I have found myself going back more often than expected:)what can I say? I miss Cali!


And with all this I can't help but wonder: did all the good men fall of the face of the earth? I really hope not; I like to stay optimistic and hope that there is at least ONE left! haha...jk. but really where art thou?
