One day after my divorce in 97, I just phoned old friends to see where life had taken them. Often, talking to a friend led to talking with another one. I wound up talking to someone who had been special. We talked 2hrs. It came out that what we missed about each other was kissing. She dared me to meet her for 1 kiss. I drove across a state for a kiss. She said no talking because it would lead to more. Her eyes always said everything anyway. Her lips were as soft as I remembered. She took my lip between hers & pulled me back to her after the kiss. The 2nd kiss took me back to college, waiting for her to get her Pom Poms & come off the sidelines after games. It was hard to pull away from those eyes with 25yrs of questions. Our lips touched and she was breathing into my mouth. I remembered her taste. She knew I was about to ask for more and put her fingers over my lips. She now belonged to him. I couldn't look back until I was in my car. She hadn't moved. The 3hr drive back home took only minutes. (CLOSURE) (Just proving I'm a romantic?)

Voices tell more than email. 1st kiss tells more than voice. Not a 'sucking a stamp off an envelope with your tongue behind wisdom teeth' thing. Just soft lips touching to feel more of the person than a handshake. (Kiss: Optional and may not be warranted by either party)

I've found things like the High Museum, Aquarium, Little White House, where you can walk and talk to be a good 1st date. It may turn into dinner. 1st meeting before 1st date should be for a hot soapy Colonic (Just wanted to see if you're paying attention) Running away screaming is optional. 1st date or 2nd encounter or still 1st encounter if chemistry is bubbling, is for you to tell me everything from 1st time you tied your tennies. Then, we pick out your ring, call a wedding planner and you meet my kids.

Three Clergy were discussing the beginning of life. Reverend Thomas said life begins with 1st heartbeat inside Mom. Father Kelly said it begins when sperm meets egg. Rabbi Goldman said life begins when kids are gone & the dog is dead.
