I would start by saying that I'm a very fun loving guy but I often find that what passes as fun for me is boring to most others. I like programming, PUZZLES, all video games, relaxing and talking. Seriously, puzzles, love em. Gimmie gimmie. Myst Series anyone?

Generally I'm pretty quiet but once I've established some line of communication, I won't hesitate to open up a little.

My good friends call me an ***hole. This is because I'm bluntly honest and I think WHILE I'm speaking, so you get the full effect of the truth with maybe a little padding. Needless to say, I still have said friends so I must be doing something right.

In general the smaller the group I'm with the happier I am overall. I have no explanation for this other than the fact that it lowers the possible ratio of idiots vs me, but let it be known that I do NOT have a problem drawing attention to myself (if necessary) and having fun with a crowd. I think it's mainly because I can divide my attention and not feel like I'm leaving anyone out.

I'm extremely curious and can be quite spontaneous. I'm very open minded and I'll try anything at least once. I'm a jack of all trades and sometimes I think I was a criminal in a past life. In fact if I had my way, I'd be a professional assassin.

I'm a romantic at heart, I believe in opening doors and moving chairs for the ladies. I love to entertain the idea of chivalry, even though the modern idealization of this is based on nothing but lies. I honestly believe that when I do good, I feel good, and when I do bad, I feel bad. I'm extremely tolerant of the belief system of others, but I do not believe anyone needs a holy-book to tell them how to not be a complete douche-bag. I do what I feel is right and necessary, regardless of consequences.

I'm just looking for someone who can stand by my side and give me the same emotional and moral support that I'm willing to give them. I need a companion in the adventure I call my life. Someone who's willing to go all the way with me and who's able to give me that swift kick in the balls when I'm dragging my feet, as long as they expect the same from me in their time of need.

So far it seems that I'm working, paying student loans, and trying to have as much fun as I can before the earth explodes. I'm a professional programmer, specifically a game programmer, so I'm always dabbling in something new or trying out a new game. I also run a small software development team that creates custom applications for the general public (for free!).

Also, I do whatever I want.

I'm self taught in more than a dozen programming and scripting languages. I've been to three colleges and obtained three degrees. One Associate CS and two Bachelors CS.

I’m really good at ignoring stupid people. This is a survival mechanism, just one that doesn't involve MY survival. I prefer to let Darwin do his own damn work because if it were up to me, it wouldn't take as long.

I'm an amazing listener and I'm very analytical. I can help with just about any problem, at least for offering advice, but don't ask me to remember much later on. I've got a horrible short term memory and apparently I'm not too bad in bed*.

I'm extremely resourceful, especially when it comes to electronics. I can find, bypass, or fix just about anything. A few of my friends out there are just friends because of this. I don't mind, primarily because it means they owe me favors and because I love doing it.

I have my own little goals and aspirations but I'm realistic (almost to a fault). I don't have any real life-goals though. There's too much out there for me to experience and I would rather not constrain myself to anything. I just want to have a ton of cash and blow it on fun times (While keeping some back for 'retirement').
