I'm laid back, curious, loyal, intelligent with a wicked sense of humor, generally liberal. I love a lot of different music - live and recorded (mainly progressive/alternative, but also everything from latin to country and oldies). I watch ESPN if it's poker or someone else has the remote. I'm an information sponge, but can't remember important things like names. My friends rely on my research skills and occasionally my cooking. They are less impressed by my ability to relate situations to an episode of the Simpsons or to discuss the day's news coverage from various media. I like kids; I just haven't had any and may or may not do so in the future. I like tattoos too, but don't have any of those either.

You should message me if you are 35-45 years, laid back, smart, unpretentious, loyal, devoted to friends and family, and have a sense of humor - I don't have to understand it, but you do need to have one. Prefer San Gabriel Valley area. (I know 30+ miles isn't a long distance relationship in LA, but my experience has been that things are easier with both of us in the same area code or thereabouts.)

I'm not athletic, but if you are into biking, racing, or other athletic/sporting venture, I will be a devoted spectator and support you from the side lines or meet you later with your favorite beer and a tub of Icy Hot. I might go with you to the gym, to the driving range, on a hike, or on a flight, but I have no interest in jumping out of a plane or off of a cliff. That's what your friends are for! If you fear a visit to LACMA like you do the dentist, that's OK, just meet me up with me later. If you made a trip to the farmer's market, made dinner, and opened a bottle of wine...now that's a great date! If you'd rather have beer, then we'd better get some good pizza.
