I would rather not specify exactly what "interesting" means as it can mean just about anything and I'd rather be surprised. Anybody could mention how much they enjoy "walks on beaches", "Candle light dinners", and "hand puppets" but if you are the person whom I am looking for, you would know that that none of that is important anyway.

What I would do the first date would be totally dependent upon whom I am with. That way we would be sure to get to know one another quickly and dispense with discussions of astrological signs,favorite colors, and where we went to high school.
