I keep busy even in my free time and don't waste it laying around. Chilling out every once in a while is sometimes needed, but spending hours at the computer or watching TV on the couch is ridiculous. Sarcasm and dirty jokes keep the days interesting too. My friends would say that I tell it like it is, will drop what I'm doing to help them out in a pinch, can be VERY sarcastic (I like to joke a lot but come off as serious to some) and am passionate about my hobbies/interests.

I love trying new thrills, recently white water rafting and bungee jumping after getting addicted to Skydiving. Working with cars, and building high-performance computers are my current passions even though they take lots of patience, and I have fallen in love with the Muskoka lakes after recently moving here from the East Coast. I feel music can be really liberating, stress relieving, and mood-enhancing. I have a real appreciation for classic movies but I'm a sucker for a good horror flick or a ridiculous Will Ferrell/Ben Stiller kind of movie for some good laughs.

'Clingons' and stalkers need not apply, I must have my personal time & space, independence on both parts is healthy and often strengthens the relationship (if you get past the first date, that is). Cat-loving crazies might be okay though...The more outgoing the better, I spend a lot of my free time being active and sharing that lifestyle would be cool. I prefer someone closer to my own age but if there's a connection then I'll roll with it. Having high self-confidence and long-term goals is also important in my eyes (which are very nice to look at by the way).

Not into the bar-scene anymore, pubs aren't too bad but I still want to actually hear my conversations, with the occasional night out with the guys. I love animals, especially cats, and my little buddy's name is Jaspurr, entertaining when he gets hyper and sounds like a pigeon when he 'talks' (if you can imagine). He's very sociable and easy-going like his 'dad'.

My biggest pet peeve is people that chew with their mouth open or smack gum, poor table manners are a huge turnoff for me. Needless petty drama for attention is ridiculous and immature. 'Fake' people frustrate me especially when the real person underneath is shallow, I aim to project my true self up front without a persona to hide behind and I expect the same from others. If this describes you then don't waste my time.

Since I'm new to the area I am also looking to meet some interesting people as friends. Everybody is so friendly up here but few have my lifestyle and it would great for someone to show me REALLY fun places in Muskoka.

Chatting over a cup of something wonderful or whatever fun comes to mind. A crowded spot is good in case you're a TOTAL weirdo and I need to bail.
