I'd really like to get involved with someone whose idea of active goes beyond walking from the refrigerator to the sofa then turning on Dancing with the Stars. I want to become involved in a long term relationship with an active woman who enjoys being outdoors and who appreciates spending time near the ocean. My life isn't too bad. I love being near the ocean in any season and in any weather. Even in winter, when we don't sail, I think the ocean is magnificent. Nothing beats a refreshing walk on a long, sandy, ocean beach. With my places near the water I usually feel like I'm on vacation. I'd prefer a versatile woman who enjoys, or at least is game enough to try either, sailing, rollerblading, skiing, scuba, bike riding, ballooning, wind surfing, white water rafting, tennis or riding on the back of the Harley. I don't need to have someone who enjoys all my interests but finding someone who enjoys a few would be nice. In the cold or inclement weather I enjoy visiting museums, some stores and booksellers. I like to cook but also enjoy nice restaurants. I'm not a fan of loud, noisy venues. A current passport would be a plus because I enjoy little vacations to warm locations during the colder seasons.

I have varied interests. I enjoy going to the Home Depot as well as the Museum of Fine Arts. My favorite desert is cappuccino with chocolate drizzled, strawberry, cheesecake topped with a big dollop of freshly whipped cream. Although I enjoy animals, I have no pets. It wouldn't be fair to the animals because i'm out and away too much. I don't sweat the small things. Life is too short.

In the better weather I prefer spending time by the ocean. Engaging conversation, a little food, a little wine, a little walk by the ocean would be just fine.
