I grew up in Chicago and have a Midwest sensibility and gravitated here to the film business.
Now I sing jazz in small clubs and house concerts and classical music as a soloist on concert stages and write and produce a show that I do with a lyric tenor in larger venues.

I've designed lights and acted with a theatre company I helped start and recently appeared in a play in an acclaimed waiver house.

I aso work with event planners on corporate programs and enjoy leading city tours and wine tasting tours north of Santa Barbara.

I love meeting new people (do it for a living), spontaneous traveling (can pack in a heartbeat and am an excellent map reader),

cooking meals in the tiny kitchen with friends at home( actually pulled off a birthday party luncheon for 80 people one time),

hugging big dogs and attractive men,
driving up the coast at night with a jazz CD playing,
dancing, discussing art over coffee and drawing and painting (some of my work is hanging in private homes)

and exploring new cities on foot. Have passport.

First meet: a chai latte or zinfandel and lots of great conversation and laughter

First date:

Discovering a new restaurant together,
a balmy late evening drink at Yamashiro's overlooking the twinkling city lights,
a concert at Disney Hall,
a walk through the galleries at MOCA or the Getty,
singing for a date at a jazz jam in a small club,
riding a coaster bike from Marina del Rey all the way up to the little restaurant on the Santa Monica boardwalk,
walking a dog (yours) along a beach with a stick to chase (my contribution) :)
brushing up my tennis game, which needs brushing up
