I graduated from college with a degree in computer networking in December of 2006. Now, I have a wonderful full time job in Ann Arbor, MI. I vastly prefer Linux to Windows (But don't let that scare you, non-computer geeks are wonderful people too and have their own interests and areas of talent.)

Intelligence and "quirks" of personality are my favorite traits in people, whether they are just online acquaintances, friends known in person, or something more.

Being an avid reader of books, I appreciate the same in others. In my spare time, usually weekends, I enjoy geocaching.

Also note that I am not one of those music-obsessed people so commonly seen on this site, though I do enjoy the Guitar Hero and Rockband video game series.

I have a very unique sense of humor, and am the master of making a subtle joke while appearing to be quite serious.

I have been getting into photography lately and love exploring new places outdoors with my camera.

Talking over a nice meal, bowling, a museum, or even roaming around a random store or mall are potentially viable options. The key is to have plenty of time to socialize and get to know eachother to the point that either of us could think "Hey, you would make a good friend," assuming we found ourselves compatible.

For a first date it is best to not to anything too crazy or overwhelming, just have some face-to-face time to judge compatibility.
