I've recently re-entered the dating pool and have thus far found it to be somewhat intimidating. I would like to meet someone with similar interests(kayaking, snowshoeing, BBQ'ing, socializing w/friends), but I am not adverse to trying out some new activities.
I do have a 7 yr. old son who spends 1-2 nights per week with me. He's a lot of fun and makes me appreciate him more when we are not together.

On a first date I would like to meet up at local coffee house or bar, relax, talk and generally get to know one another.
