I am a lucky guy.....I have a wonderful family that lives close by, fun loving teenage boys, close friends & 2 careers that I love....

I love and I am loved.......my life is not a TIVO replay, it is live, it raises my senses, and I feel alive.....I like to laugh at the comedy of this crazy world, finding joy in my life.

I enjoy the sultry piano of Jewel singing Foolish Games....Alicia Keys singing If I Ain't Got You & so many more....I love all kinds of music....running, feeling that breeze washing my face & the solidity of the earth below, hiking with my camera so I can capture that moment. I love the crisp smell of dark mornings, the feel of sunset as day drifts into darkness.....Books, especially action mystery like Nelson DeMille(i think I'm his main character in many of his books, lol)...& billowy clouds that remind me of animals....I love conversation, the sound of voices, the passion of sharing our minds, our dreams, our goals....I love to plan together & be together.....I want to hold her in my arms & look into her eyes.....corny, yeah, but that's what I miss the most.....

I've learned that relationships work best when each of us truly understand what our needs are, how we want to live our lives, and which qualities and personality traits that the other person possesses will be a good fit for us. Dreaming together, making plans together, and being flexible in sharing our needs is what I seek. Appreciation and not taking each other for granted is what I want us to both always remember. Doing those little things for the person we love is so important to making a relationship grow & not for any reason other than we love them.

Most of my pics. were taken late Oct.'09 though the profile pic was taken June '08...Some preferences to help you know if you are a physical fit or otherwise, none of which I don't require of myself....
1. Be physically fit & describe yourself as thin or average, but if you are carrying extra lbs. that wouldn't work for me....
2. Be between 5' and 5'7" as I am 5'9" and that seems to fit best....
3. I have 3 teenaged boys that split time equally with their mom(week on, week off), so if you are past wanting kids in your life, we are not a match....
4. Be honest about who you are & what you want in your life & be ready for a 'real' commitment....if you are just dating & sampling the appetizers, I am not for you.....
5. I am a very positive person & look for the goodness in any situation....if are cynical, carrying around issues or tend to see the fault in most situations, I would not work for you....
6. Finally, if you are a cigarette smoker, even occasionally(doesn't exist), we are not a match....
