My friends describe me as someone who is sweet, energetic, silly, a loyal friend, creative, thoughtful, family oriented and adventurous. What else can I say? I'm a strong and genuine woman with a fun personality.

It may surprise you to know I was in a sorority in college. I'm not the typical legally blonde but I do love the movie, if that counts. I am the kind of person who would rather play a sport rather than watch, although I'm not opposed to going to a live game -for the chocolate malts of course ;). I enjoy traveling and exploring, but who doesn't right?. I think it's most fun to walk around and get lost. I discover the coolest things in those serendipitous moments. So far my favorite country is Germany, love the people and the culture.

I'm a pretty easy going gal. I like to try new things, challenge myself and stay active. I go swing dancing frequently and as of late my new hobby is orienteering. I'm also getting a bike soon to be able to ride by the marina. I love anything to do with water and beach. Windsurfing, and wakeboarding are a ton of fun. Haven't tried traditional surfing yet.

I really like satire and witty comedies. My favorite shows are Arrested development, the Office, and South Park to name a few. I also enjoy unique films, like Wes Anderson films (life aqatic, darjeeling limited, etc). I'm the kind of girl you could curl up with watching an indie film, have a glass of wine and an intelligent conversation about it afterwards. I'm particularly gifted at predicting the what's going to happen before it happens, but only in movies ;).

I'd like to meet a guy that is a gentleman. I'm looking to share smiles, laughs, and fun times. Maybe I've taken some of the mystery out of me by telling you too much about myself here, that's just who I am...honest and real. If you would like to see if we click I'd love to hear from you.

First dates don't have to be formal. I prefer having a friends first mentality to take the pressure off of meeting someone new. I'd like participating in a shared interest or mutually liked activity. For example a trip to an art museum, or doing some outdoor activity, or grabbing some boba or coffee (but I'll have the boba cause i don't drink coffee) is a great start. But I'm open to doing something new as well.
