I have been spending time learning the art of camping - I got all the gear.

Behind every good man is a good woman. The reverse is also true. I am looking for a man I cannot live without, not a man I can live with.

I do work full time and have had occassions where I need to go on Business trips. I have three teen aged children. It has been suggested that I am a Type-A personality (whatever that means).

I am not your typical woman. I do not enjoy shopping. If I have to go shopping, I will try to make it fun by poking jokes, suggesting silly clothes to lighten the mood. I don't often wear makeup, yet when I do, you will hardly notice it but be amazed at the transformation. I will wince when I break a nail, yet I will persevere. I am willing to work hard and get my hands dirty. I am able to change the oil in my car, yet I choose not to.

My house is my home and I am working on improving it and enjoy learning how to do minor repairs. Oh did I mention I am fairly handy with tools?
I have travelled to a few places with my children like Niagra Falls and a week in Cuba. I enjoy Christian Rock music as well as Country, Rock and pretty much any music except rap(that isn't music anyway). I truly enjoy the finer things of life and although I am self-sufficient financially, I know I would enjoy everything more with a partner who enjoys the same things. I am comfortable either in jeans and a t-shirt or a semi-formal dress. Religion is important to me and I would like to meet a church going believer to attend with me.

My desire is for a man who knows how to treat a lady with respect. Someone with the same amount of drive for success in life and improvement as I have. I have been told I seem reserved, withdrawn but not boring with a joking side. It is very important to me to find someone I can talk with about anything (work, religion, politics). It is important also that this man be self-confident with a positive attitude with a desire to grow old with me.

Of course that would be something we would both agree on while chatting online.

Wishful thinking, dinner out and then Karaoke (did I mention I can sing?) Since I am usually dressed in business casual drinks in a quiet setting would be nice. I do not do the bar scene. If jeans are recommended, a walk by the lake and a cup of Timmies, with a stop sitting on a park bench watching the sunset and discussing life is another option. Either option does not necessarily include a good night kiss, that would depend on the mutual consent of both of us and how the night is going.

Eventually, after a few dates, if all is going well, a nice home cooked meal, either his place or mine.
