I'm looking to meet people who keep pretty fit, are healthy & active, can keep me on my toes, and become a great friend.

I'm honest, loyal, friendly, tactile and very active (god that makes me sound like mans best friend!!) and opted out of being a corporate director in favour of a rather different, low-key life in a tiny country village. Apparently I am not like most women......your choice whether you take the time to find out why! I have a real eclectic mix of interests & open to new ideas - but certainly not into shopping or endless DVD nights on the sofa!!

However, it is proving exceedingly difficult to find genuine, sincere people who are even vaguely on my wavelength. I have met a few great people who have become friends....but they are a rare species!

PS - We don't have to have everything in common (that would be boring!), but please do respect what I'm looking for before even contacting me (i.e. never married, no kids and at least some similar interests) - thanks! And, if I don't reply it's either because you haven't acknowledged what I have written here, or you're just not my type - sorry!
